2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of Kumari Legacy and its customers within the framework of the online sale of jewelry, minerals, accessories, ebooks, and oracle decks on the site kumarilegacy.com.

Placing an order on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products

  • The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

  • Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding but serve as illustrations.

  • Each creation is handmade, so slight variations may exist between the models shown and the products delivered.

4. Prices

  • Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

  • Kumari Legacy reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

  • The order is confirmed once payment is confirmed and the T&Cs are accepted.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

  • Kumari Legacy reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment issue or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, secure solutions provided by Shopify.

  • In the case of a reservation with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Delivery

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours.

  • For custom creations, an additional delay may apply.

  • The customer receives a tracking number by email.

  • Kumari Legacy cannot be held liable for delays related to carriers or cases of force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with the law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Exceptions:

  • Personalized or made-to-order creations (adjusted bracelets, wire-wrapping, micro-macramé validated by photo/video) are non-refundable (Article L221-28).

  • Ebooks and downloadable digital products are non-refundable once sent.

Return conditions:

  • Product intact, unworn, undamaged.

  • Complete original packaging (box, card, label, accessories).

  • Any non-compliant product will be refused.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the items.

Kumari Legacy extends this period commercially to 30 days from receipt of the order, for any standard return (see Refund Policy).

10. Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator:

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, products, graphics) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
