At Kumari Legacy, every piece of jewelry and every item is prepared with care to guarantee its quality and vibrational energy. Our shipping times reflect this meticulous work.

1. Processing and shipping times

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

• For custom creations (personalized bracelets, wire-wrapping, micro-macramé, etc.), an additional delay may apply depending on the complexity of the order. The customer will be informed before shipping.

2. Delivery methods

We ship throughout France and internationally via reliable carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.).
When placing an order, the customer selects their delivery method.

3. Order tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as it ships.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Liability

Kumari Legacy cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or cases of force majeure (strikes, weather events, customs, etc.).

6. Receiving your parcel

The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. Any issue (damaged parcel, missing or damaged product) must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Kumari Legacy within 48 hours.
